Challenge : A client, who was also a neighbor, asked if I could suggest a smaller flourish at the edge of her yard, how it greeted the street.
Solution : We ended up installing a small tri-terraced planting space, delineated with small stone work trim. I don't know why, but I rarely encounter stone work within gardens. Yet when carefully selected and installed, it can remain a strong backbone, while delivering a touch of beauty and character, for years to come.
